A Day in the Life at Eurocamp

If you’re curious what a typical day looks like at a Eurocamp, here is what our last two holidays have looked like at La Sirene. Here’s a snapshot, from first coffee to evening show, based on our family routine on a sunny summer day:

8:00 AM – First Stop: Coffee, Croissants & Fruit

We start the day early with a stroll to the onsite bakery for fresh croissants, baguettes, and fruit. We usually grab coffee from the poolside bar, then bring it all back to our mobile home deck to enjoy in the morning sunshine.

10:00 AM – Pool Time

Off to the main pool we go! The best water park and one Eurocamp calls epic! We usually divide and conquer: one of us with the older two on the big slides and one with our youngest in the toddler pool (which is heated)!

11:30 AM – Ice Cream Break

A little mid-morning treat, ice creams, snacks and coffees for the grown ups from the poolside bar. It’s a chance to sit down in the shade and get everyone ready for more swimming.

1:00 PM – Lunch Time: DIY or Relaxed at the Poolside Bar

Some days we go casual and simple, picking up a baguette, cheese, cold cuts, and fruit from the onsite shop or deli. It’s easy to pack a picnic and grab a table by the pool or in the shade. On other days we treat ourselves to lunch at the poolside restaurant. I loved the poke bowl!

2:00 PM – Afternoon Options: Beach, Pool or Play

Slow afternoons can look different each day: a short cycle or drive takes us to Argelès-sur-Mer beach for sandy play and seaside splashes. We swing back to the parc for more pool time. Or we wander over to the little playground or Hippocampe for a quieter vibe. Every day ends up feeling a bit different, with plenty of flexibility to suit our family mood.

5:30 PM – Wind-Down Hour

This is our time to chill: reading on the deck, a soothing indoor swim, or playing quiet games near the lodge before dinner. It’s also when we’ll rinse off sandy feet and get everyone ready for the evening.

7:00 PM – Evening Meal

Our dinners are often simple and relaxed: some nights we eat at one of the on-site restaurants (it might be pizza, pasta, or a salad plate, depending on the day and mood). Other evenings, we enjoy the luxe kitchen in our Premium Lodge—think BBQing sausages or grilling veggies and fresh bread for a casual family dinner under the stars.

8:30 PM – Evening Show / Disco

We head to the main arena for the night’s big event. The children love the kids’ disco and the theatre-style shows are amazing! We watched The Lion King last year and it was brilliant. It’s relaxed and fun, just right for finishing the day with a smile before heading back to bed.

Ready to do it all again the next day!

FAQ’s:

How do we book?

We have always booked direct with Eurocamp and then organised our own flights.

Book your flights with skyscanner to find the best deals (and times for little ones).

How do you pick a location?

Eurocamp’s search tool is brilliant, you can easily filter for parks with epic waterparks or those perfect for toddlers. Just think about what’s most important to you, then search with that in mind.
