Wimborne Minster Christmas Market (Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 December 2025)
Held in the historic town square, this much-loved market brings together local makers, artisan gifts, and festive treats, all framed by the beautiful backdrop of the Minster. Expect carol singers, mulled wine, and a lovely community atmosphere.
Christchurch Priory Christmas Market (Saturday 29 November 2025)

Christmas in Bournemouth 2025 (13 November – 31 December)
Bournemouth goes all out for Christmas, and 2025 is no exception. The town centre transforms into a festive wonderland packed with events, lights and attractions that make it one of the South’s must-visit Christmas destinations.
Bournemouth Christmas Market
Wander through a large festive market of traditional chalet stalls selling unique gifts, handmade crafts, and seasonal food favourites. The market centres around the cosy Alpine Lodge Bar, a social hub with live music, quiz nights, karaoke, and festive drinks.
Christmas Tree Wonderland
This free light trail winds through the Lower Gardens with over 100 decorated trees and installations from around the world. Look out for the Christmas Tree Maze, Santa’s Workshop Experience, and themed displays throughout.
Skate Bournemouth (13 November – 4 January)
The town centre’s real ice rink (and the South coasts largest) is a seasonal favourite for families, couples and groups. Book a session and warm up afterwards in Moguls Bar.

The Nici hotel

The Quay is also home to independent shops, twinkling pubs and pop-ups, making it a lovely evening destination.
